What is the difference between Clindex LIVE and Clindex Self-Hosted versions of the software?
Clindex LIVE and Clindex Self-Hosted use the same fully integrated Clinical Trial Management and Clinical Data Management software with optional EDC.
Clindex Self-Hosted allows study sponsors total control of the software. The Clindex system is installed at the study sponsor location and managed by the study sponsor.
Clindex LIVE gives the study sponsor access to the breadth of Clindex features but the system is installed at our secure data center and managed by Fortress Medical Services.
Q: How does the Clindex license work?
Clindex Self-Hosted is licensed on a concurrent user basis, meaning how many people are using the system at one time.
What kind of studies has Clindex been used for?
Clindex has been used for a broad range of studies, from feasibility to pivotal, drug phase I-III, medical device, diagnostics and biologics.
Can I do a registry with Clindex?
Of course. Clindex is extremely flexible, which allows it to handle almost any kind of study.
How does Clindex compare to other systems?
Many other systems require that the vendor host your study and perform all the development work. Clindex allows you to choose whether we host or you host; we develop or you develop. Unlike many other systems, Clindex offers hybrid EDC and PDE. Clindex is fully integrated CDMS, CTMS and EDC, making it a true eClinical system.
What about imaging? Can Clindex store images?
Clindex can link to images stored on a file server allowing you to display these images from both the EDC and data management systems.
